State Writ of Prohibition Against Contempt Prosecution where I was forced to file a Motion to Modify Commissioner's Decision citing Antipeonage Act because the State of Washington imposed a court order that is a direct violation of the Antipeonage Act, requiring me to maintain at least 30 hours of work per week or make 3 job contacts. Therefore, I display my Brief of Appellant because this is an issue of extreme public importance for which the public should be aware.

I love well done political satire. I used the updated War Posters this guy posted. While I don't agree with all of his positions, he has created some extremely effective satire. You can also find them at www.antiwarposters.com.
If I dare, perhaps I can comment on a few of these posters. Don't Discuss the AP Act, Only Deadbeats, and Quiet! are my response to the frustration I have had with the cone of silence placed by the newspapers and talk radio hosts around any discussion of this statute, Thanks, Lapdog Press, and with appellate courts who refuse to publish their opinions because such opinions are so contrary to established precedent, but have to be or this 1867 Act of Congress spells the doom of this entire bureaucracy. People act like they don't know it is a CRIME to enslave for debt! But then they don't listen When Noncustodials Talk. Very little information is published on the Antipeonage Act in encyclopedias, law textbooks, and other references. A real statute that folks in power prefer be treated like the Loch Ness Monster and Area 51: it is a myth and if you believe it, you're a nut. But unlike the aliens at Area 51 and the plesiosaur in Loch Ness, the Antipeonage Act is real. If you notice my posters disappearing from lamp posts right after I put them up, that proves my point. Some folks don't want us discussing the Antipeonage Act.
I Could Not Pay, If I Walk, Drowning!, Take Home Pay, and Might as Well Enjoy This Gruel are inspired by the unreasonable nature of the support orders. With the blatantly unconstitutional means of enforcement used to abuse and harass the noncustodial parents hit with such unreasonable support orders, of course resistance is inspired. That is human nature. Drowning! and Take Home Pay set forth the numbers that are imposed because people act like they don't know! You can go to the Moccasins Page and calculate what a typical support order combined with our present Tax Code would do to you. Please Stop Killing Me and Please, I Had to Clear Cut My Forest are humorous and serious at the same time. Back when we were preventing forest fires, Smokey always looked so plaintive and sad at the devastation of the fires that resulted when we were careless. That we now know that fires are inevitable and to constantly suppress fires allows brush to build up resulting in truly magnificent conflagrations, does not mean old Smokey can't be reused for other purposes. Like getting people to understand what these support orders do to the obligors. He Gave His All and they still threw him in jail for child support. This is how we treat some of those we hire to carry guns in our name. Perhaps this is not wise, as illustrated by God Help 'Em. He Was Fine illustrates that when people are abused like this, they sometimes "lose it". As happened in Reno, Nevada on Monday, June 12, 2006. Perhaps that is why we see such resistance in Fallujah.
And speaking of the the problems our military is having in retaining and recruiting personnel! While knowledge that over 4000 troops have now come home in flag draped coffins from Afghanistan and Iraq may be part of it, the primary cause of this recruiting and retention problem is due to brave men coming home to Michigan and being prosecuted by the likes of Mike Cox Sucker for the felony of nonpayment of child support based on their CIVILIAN salaries, NOT THEIR MILITARY SALARIES!! Then all manner of divorces, paternity claims, some fraudulent, etc. being filed against servicemen who are overseas and therefore unable to deal with such sudden issues, and the willful failure of the family courts to abide by the Soldiers-Sailors Act, (why not? they violate the Constitution and the Antipeonage Act!), and we have brave veterans with valor beyond question being so disgusted at the total lack of respect for the Constitution that they refuse to re-up! How could they? Mike Cox Sucker prosecutes them for felony non-payment of child support and all 50 states will take away their licenses!
It is clear that we now have women with a predatory attitude using and abusing the soldiers for their own gain with the cooperation of the grossly unconstitutional system which shares her predatory attitude. Join the CSS!, Help Me Find and Kill the Deadbeat Dads!, Uncle Norm Wants You, S.E. Brand, and So What? illustrate the fanaticism that motivates those who enforce the support orders. Those who have been dealing with these people over the years know what I'm talking about. This is What's Important is what they seem to believe. Stop Asking Questions, You're Fingered, Those Your Kids?, Hey You!, My Gun Speaks, Another Deadbeat, He Did Not Pay, and Keep it Up! further illustrates their attitudes and the blatantly unconstitutional enforcement tools they use.
You might ask why I chose to place Exhibit A next to Another Deadbeat. I really was stranded 15 miles from home by the Washington State Patrol in the middle of the night. I had recovered my car from a transmission shop and replaced the tune-up parts. After spending a Sunday with my boys, I drove out to North Bend on Highway 18. I wanted to speed test the vehicle in the 70 mile per hour zone east of Issaquah on Interstate 90. At the interchange called the Echo Lake Cut-off, there had been an accident with police vehicles. I ignored my instincts and went on to the freeway east bound, instead of heading west to home. The old Michigan steel cruised uphill at 70 without breathing hard. Satisfied with this performance, I took an off ramp and turned around to cruise toward Seattle. As I passed the on ramp from Echo Lake, two white cruisers with the slant dash Washington State Patrol symbols came flying on to the freeway timed perfectly to snuggle up behind my rear bumper to read the license plate. I did not attract their attention by speeding or with stupid maneuvers, they were looking for me. That is what I mean by "Amber Alert". If you look closely at Exhibit A, you will notice that I have a squeaky clean driving record. You will also notice the dates. One of them reads "091101"
They found time on that terrible day to violate the Constitutional rights of an American Citizen.
I tell people these things and it is like not being believed when I tell them that a furlong is one eighth of a mile.
What is amazing is that many people believe that this is problem only for dads, and not for moms. To correct this misunderstanding I prepared Wanted, We're On Our Way, The Kitsap Swat Team!, and I Need My Mom. If I seem to be picking on the Kitsap County Sheriff, it was his deputies who broke down the doors to the house, held people at gunpoint, and ransacked the place until they found Ms. Case and dragged her out. One man who saw these posters asked me, "They did this to a woman?" "Yes, they did this to a woman." Like it is not just as wrong to do it to a man? For those who aren't there yet, it is useful to point out they did this to a woman.
My Taxes Are Paying for What? illustrates the revelation it is to some people when they find out what is actually going on. And just HOW much we are paying? You Tell Me how we are paying for all of this child support enforcement apparatus! Clue: taxes. $8 trillion national debt owed to those who own treasury notes with a new limit set at $9 trillion. Like the Saudi Royal Family as an example of the people to whom we owe this insane amount of money. Public assistance is only a tiny fraction of all of the social services spending, most of that goes, you guessed it, to salaries and benefits of the employees. The Child Support Crusade supports the children of the child support enforcers FIRST AND FOREMOST! That IS its primary purpose! When the father is dead and therefore no longer a source of employment for the child support enforcers, well, the Social Security Administration picks up the tab and pays a HELL OF A LOT MORE than the noncustodial father could POSSIBLY provide ALIVE!! YOU, dear taxpayer, get to pay for all of that, one way or another! Dig Down Deep!!!
To try to get through to people what this all really means I prepared First Prisoners, Liberty and Justice for All, Daddy, Why Were You Thrown in Jail, Sorry Kid, My God, What Have We Done, What Ballek Means, Let Me Get This Straight, They Fought, We Caught Hell, Can't See It, Alternative Employment, As Long As You Don't Lose Custody, And If He Doesn't, Not True if Divorced, and Not True If You Lose Custody of Your Kids. They are all self-explanatory. Let Me Get This Straight, Can't See It, and So What? illustrate the absurdity.
To think that our fair republic is descending into a lawless tyranny in the name of our children's needs is depressing. But we don't have to allow it to happen. Uncle Sam's Counting on You! Save Our Freedom by pledging allegiance to the Constitution. If you are on a United States Grand Jury, there is the Grand Jury's Duty: Indict the bastards and the bitches and let freedom ring! I have been criticized for DSHS, You're Next!, Hands Off!!, and Watch Out! But these are within the First Amendment's protection. The idea expressed therein is not a "true threat", but a statement that what goes around comes around. Should the Antipeonage Act be enforced, it will come around.
Rosie the Riveter is "Not Ratting On My Ex!" I cannot imagine Rosie behaving the way so many women behave today. Rosie took care of business. She earned her paycheck, she bought war bonds, not just to support the war effort, but because she knew the father of her children may never come home. Many a Mr. Rosie lay beneath a fathom of French soil and a pretty white cross. Sure it was tough on the single moms. But the fact that things are tough on one single parent does not justify violating the rights of the other single parent! Should Rosie's riveting job be shipped off to China for cheap labor, she would rightly blame her difficulties on that, not on the father of her children, please see American Workers. After all, he might have been downsized after the corporate merger, and so would say "I Could Not Pay". Hey You! To say that being downsized after the corporate mergers our government can never say no to or having your job shipped overseas for cheap labor is no excuse for not paying child support is as absurd as saying planetary free trade without a planetary minimum wage is the road to prosperity. Our enemies of freedom, those who enforce this insane system, play on our emotions to get us to support it and to condemn those of us guilty of nothing more than being noncustodial parents who lack high incomes and excessive wealth. Thus our arguments as to logic and to law sometimes fall on deaf ears. However,

Trunk Lid With a Message Support Enforcer Obeying RCW 74.20.010
In the mid-1990's I had a little fun with the Everett Office of Support Enforcement, now called Division of Child Support. For a few years, I worked at Boeing's Everett Plant (quitting time usually 3:30 pm) and I drove a 1972 Ford LTD some of my friends called the "Lusitania". It was a big old boat! I remember it got about 13 miles per gallon on the freeway and less than that off the freeway. The problem with the 400 cubic inch Ford engines of that time is that the cylinder blocks and the heads tend to crack. Sure enough, a few years later that is what happened. That is why I was photographing the truck lid and not the car. I did not want certain folks knowing where the car was. If you look at the message on the Trunk Lid, you will understand why the support enforcer leaving the parking lot of the Support Enforcement Office and going on to Evergreen Way was being so fair, courteous, and maintaining the highest professional standards! You will note the logo for Community Transit, a bus service in Snohomish County, on the door of the van. If you blow up the picture after downloading it to your hard drive, and look through the windows of the van, you will see my yellow Ford LEGALLY parked by the sidewalk beyond. They got off work at about 5:00 pm. One, Melanie Gray, drove to the nearby post office to deliver the last batch of outgoing mail at around 4:30 to 4:40 pm each day. She and the other people leaving the office to go north and take the next right could not use the outside lane as was their preference when I was parked there. They had to merge into traffic. Right past a vehicle with the message accusing them of being federal felons! On one occasion, I watched as a bald headed support enforcer screamed at an Everett police officer, his head was beet red. I knew that the officer was explaining to him that there was nothing they could do as long I did not actually commit a crime! Writing down the license plate numbers of parked cars is not a crime! Nor is staging a protest of their public policy and neither is photographing them! With or without the famous one finger salute!

Mann Brand. 63 years after our German friends ended their bad experience with a messiah elected to public office, we now have Barack Hussein Obama, running for President of the United States. Now that is fine and dandy, but he seems to be also running for messiah. His recent campaign swing through the Middle East and Europe is interesting in that Iraq, Israel, the Palestinian areas, Germany, France, and Britain do not, at this time, contribute any electors to our Presidential Electoral college. When he gave his speech in Berlin in front of the Victory Column, the Siegessäule (we let 'em keep it!), at least the crowd did not yell
