Unfortunately, both President Bush and Senator Kerry are declared Enemies of Non-custodial Parents and are therefore in violation of their oaths of office. This in spite President Bush' willingness to enforce the Antipeonage Act when it comes to human traffickers. Type osce3.acf.dhhs.gov/ext/irg/sps/report.cfm into the URL line and you get a page labeled "Intergovernmental Referral Guide (IRG) Public Map Page. Most of the information you can access looks like a compilation of publicly available information.
ocse3.acf.dhhs.gov/ext/irg/sps/firg.cfm is a link to a page labeled "Addresses and FIPS Codes" It is an access list for state and foreign support enforcement offices.
A particularly interesting page is ocse3.acf.dhhs.gov/ext/irg/login.cfm which is titled "Welcome to the Online Intergovernmental Referral Guide (IRG) Home Page." It has a box for you to type in your username and a second box for your password.
Neat! Huh?
But if you type in the URL ocse3.acf.dhhs.gov/ext/irg/sps you will get a page warning you that you are not authorized to view this page.
Man, you would think these guys are the CIA or the FBI the way they carry on!
